The Abbotsford Flying Club is again hosting a fly-in and camp-in during the Abbotsford AirShow. RV camping too.

AAS 50th Anniversary: including the USAF Thunderbirds.
Show dates: Friday August 10th through Sunday 12th
Fly-In and Camping: 4 days, Thurs 9th through Sunday
Grass camping, hot showers, hot meals, club hospitality

Flight To North Pender Island

A gaggle of LAC members flew to North Pender Island last Thursday evening. The idea started from a conversation between president Ken and Bruce Prior. Ken posted an invitation to all the members and next thing we knew, we had a gaggle. Seven aircraft and one helicopter delivered 17 people for an evening of hiking, eating and good fun.
