If anyone is interested, I happened to find this during a Google search this morning... It's a site dedicated to people who use Microsoft Flightsim, and who fly online while connected to other users. One thing they have available for download is a complete copy of the CFS, broken out into sections. It's dated 2009, but even that may be newer than some people fly with. Pop all of these into your iPad, maybe?
